1. Physical Products
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We may request photos of the product to process your refund or replacement.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the issue is verified.

  • 2. Digital Products
  • All digital products (such as eBooks or downloadable resources) are non-refundable once the download is complete.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at kjglover92@gmail.com so we can assist you.

3. Lost or Undelivered Items
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail after shipment.

  • If your item does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us promptly so we can help investigate with the shipping provider.

  • Any replacements or refunds for lost packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4. General Notes
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request does not comply with this policy.
